This service includes formatting of the system and reinstallation of the original OS the system was licensed for. Reinstallation/reloading includes windows OS and relevant drivers ONLY. A certificate of Authenticity (COA) label must be produced or affixed to system, showing the product key of the relevant OS before Starcom can proceed with format/reload.
