Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatched email once your order has been shipped. If for whatever reason you do not receive either of these emails please contact us and we can give you an estimate of delivery and/or dispatch time.
Starcom Laptops and Computers use the services of Australia Post, TNT Road Express, Couriers Please and Star Track Express to distribute to addresses within Australia. We also use relevant courier services depending on your order size and delivery address. Starcom Laptops and Computers has the ability to organize delivery regardless of your location worldwide. Alternatively you are able to utilize your own courier service, or on some items, pickup in store.
PLEASE NOTE: All prices calculated via our website are using Australia Post. If you wish your order to be shipped via another method please let us know and we will quote you a price before you place your order.
P.O. Box Shipment
Due to security reasons, we normally do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If P.O. Box address is your only option, please contact us for futher discussion before placing an order.
Extra time is required to process an order that is addressed to a P.O. Box.
The time taken for a system, laptop or accessory to reach you once it has been dispatched depends on where it has been sent to and the delivery method. The normal delivery timeframe is 1-5 workings days (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) and 4-7 working days (WA, SA, NT, TAS).
Usually goods ordered will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days depending on the time the order was placed and stock availability. Typically, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Perth, Darwin and large cities and towns in QLD, NSW, SA & TAS can take 1-5 working days; other locations can take 4-7 days; remote areas can take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. We ask that you please allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order.
Other delivery information
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
Starcom Laptops and Computers will endeavour to supply all orders placed via our site, ebay, email, telephone and other online locations in a timely manner. All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a particular product is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order and payment will be refunded for each cancelled item.
