Q: Is your stock Australian stock or grey import?

A: Our stock is 100% Australian stock. We only source our stock from Australian distributors.

Q: How do I use Coupon Codes?

A: Click on "Shopping cart & Coupon" from the top navigator menu, then apply the coupon before checkout. 


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Is it possible to pick up my order in store?

A: Yes. If the items marked "in stock" you can pick up the item from our Underwood store anytime during our trading hours.

If your item marked as "In Stock (Online Only)", you still can pick up the item in store however payment need to be done through our online shop. Once the payment is cleared, please allow us 1-5 business days to transfer stock to our Underwood store. You will be notified once stock is ready for collection.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch the item?

A: It takes normally within 1-2 working days to dispatch your order after the payment is cleared. It may take 2 – 5 working days to deliver to metro areas, and up to 10 working days for remote area. To avoid any delay, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and valid. In the rare case when stock becomes suddently unavailable a team member will contact you with options for product exchange or refund.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once the item is dispatched from our store or warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

Q: Which shipping companies do you use?

A: We use leading shipping companies including Australia Post, TNT, Star Track & Couriers Please. We use Australia Post by default for standard parcel post service, however we may nominate a different company depending on location and service. All products containing dangerous goods (eg. Li-Polymer or Li-Ion battery) will be sent via road freight. We can not guarantee next day delivery for dangerous goods sent with express post as these goods can not be sent via air freight.

Q: What if my order is lost during transportation?

A: This rarely happens, however to ensure your order safety arrives, you may also consider shipping your order with insurance as we do not offer insurance protection by default.

The insurance service is to be provided by our 3rd party insurance service provider. Please contact us for more details.



Q: How does the warranty work?

A: All brand new stock is covered by Australian manufacturer warranty. Please contact relevant manufacturer.

Refurbished items are covered under Starcom Laptops return-to-base warranty. Please return the item to our Underwood repair centre.



Q: What kind of payment method do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer for online orders. In addition, Cash and EFTPOS payment methods are available for in store purchases.


Q: What is your normal payment processing time?
