Starcom Laptops uses Australia Post and Couriers Please for sending our goods and covers most locations in Australia. Starcom Laptops does not accept international orders.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.
The average delivery time is between 3 – 7 days.
Some delivery may take longer due to being a promotional item, special order, custom-built system, delays from our carrier etc. A tracking number is also issued for every order.
We offer flat-rate shipping, which is $10 per order.

Refund and warranty policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. WARRANTY FOR NEW / NEVER USED / DISPLAY GOODS
Buying a new computer or laptop or upgrading an existing system can be expensive. You should think about quality, reliability and cost before making any purchase.
All new products carry manufacturer’s warranty, Starcom Laptops does not provide separate warranty on new products, and will only pass the manufactures warranty on to you as a customer. Manufacturers or importers guarantee they will take reasonable steps to provide spare parts and repair facilities, for a reasonable amount of time after purchase, Starcom Laptops cannot guarantee the duration of the availability of these parts.
Starcom warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period. During the Limited Warranty Period, Starcom will, at its option: (i) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product (ii) repair the product or replace it with a comparable product, or (iii) refund the amount you paid for the product, upon its return. If the product is deemed to not be covered under warranty and/or no hardware faults are found but you still wish to return the item, A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND, this fee incorporates some of the costs involved in Starcom having to reimage, retest and recheck the item prior to being able to resell it. Replacement parts and products will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Refurbished / Used Computers and Laptops carry a minimum 90 days warranty (HARDWARE ONLY)

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR MINOR IMPERFECTIONS IN UNITS THAT MEET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED (subject to management’s approval).
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND STARCOM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
ALL software, including but not limited to, the operating system, any software added to your product through our factory integration system, third party software or the reloading of software. ANY damage caused by the misuse, abuse, accident, fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, power surges, virus activity, reckless willful or intentional misconduct including damage caused by usage that is carried out not in accordance with product instructions. ANY damage resulting from failure to use the equipment as per manufacturer’s instruction or from failure to have preventative maintenance carried out on a regular basis. ANY damage caused by using a Starcom branded or non-branded, generic products, accessories, parts or components. ANY equipment or peripheral devices that were not included in your product as originally sold to you. Normal wear and tear including cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality or products where the Starcom serial number is missing, altered or defaced will void all warranty. Starcom Laptops is NOT responsible for ANY costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of usage of the product. A Return Authorization number must accompany ANY return along with a copy of the original invoice or Starcom Laptops reserves the right to refuse any product shipped/returned to us for warranty reasons. ALL related warranty details refer to the specific item purchased and is NOT transferrable to a new owner, once the item changes ownership from the original purchaser, all warranty relating to the product is void. ANY Postage and delivery cost are to be paid by the buyer, Starcom Laptops is not responsible for freight or costs associated with freight.
